Such a good class to finish the day with. Lucy uses meditation at the beginning of the class to relax the mind and increase focus to help with the exercises ahead. This is something I look forward to each week as the exercises are always different and challenging. I love the balance of the classes and the idea to finish up with yoga and meditation to bring this full circle and is a perfect way to end a busy day.

I really enjoy Lucy’s classes! They’re such a relaxing way to wake up (I love the morning ones!) I’ve never meditated before but Lucy makes it so easy and approachable. I have been to a few different fitness classes but nothing like Lucy’s mindful classes. What sets Lucy's classes apart from the rest is that you start with having a clear and concise purpose in mind and you end with that purpose.
